Norway starts with a bad economy, later in game if you are good you can get a very high GDP per capita. The Norwegian GDP is very low. The military is bad, and Norway doesn't have any self produced tanks. it is a NATO member. If any allies provides Norway money, Norway can build tanks from other NATO members and attack Sweden, this will make Norway's economy good.
